We have more years than we care to recall in business and
marketing. We began to focus on web site design and web site
development since 1996.
Mr. Webb understands the special needs of service
organizations. He holds a Masters Degree in Service Management from
the Stetson School of Business at Mercer University.
Mr. Webb's expertise in customer relations was clearly
documented when the United States Air Force's
Air University
invited him as a Guest lecturer on the subject of techniques
used to achieve extraordinary customer relations.
We've collaborated on the development of several post-secondary
on-line classes in connection with Georgia Virtual Technical
College and Macon State College.
Mr. Webb teaches aspiring webmasters on the Internet, web site development
and web site design, along with other computer information system technologies
at Middle
Georgia Technical College and has also taught computer
classes for Fort
Valley State University and
Macon State College.
